Work

GoHighLevel systems, built as portfolio proof.

These builds show how I structure CRM records, follow-up logic, booking paths, onboarding flows, retention checks, and pipeline visibility for service businesses. I keep the work honest: no fake revenue, no inflated results, and no client claims where the build is a portfolio demo.

Flagship lifecycle build

Client Onboarding & Retention Automation

A flagship portfolio automation build for a financial coaching business. The system guides new clients through onboarding, kickoff booking, active-client check-ins, manual follow-up, and review/referral follow-up.

Business problem

Many service-based businesses successfully close new clients but lose momentum after the sale because onboarding is manual, scattered, or inconsistent. New clients may not complete intake forms, may delay booking their kickoff call, may miss early check-ins, or may finish the program without being asked for feedback, reviews, or referrals. Without a structured post-sale system, the business risks poor client experience, missed follow-up, weak retention, and unclear visibility into client progress.

System logic

  • Track new-client lifecycle state
  • Route clients to kickoff booking
  • Send active-client check-ins
  • Flag manual follow-up when engagement drops
  • Trigger review and referral follow-up after completion

Med Spa Consultation Booking & Follow-Up Automation

A portfolio automation build for a med spa consultation funnel. The system captures new leads, routes them to a booking calendar, updates CRM status, sends speed-to-lead follow-up, and triggers no-booking recovery.

GoHighLevelLead CaptureBooking AutomationCRM PipelineFollow-Up

Business problem

Med spas can lose potential bookings when website leads submit interest but do not receive fast follow-up, do not book a consultation, or are not tracked clearly inside the CRM. A form submission alone does not guarantee a booked consultation. The business needs a connected system that captures the lead, guides them to the next step, alerts staff, updates the pipeline, and follows up when booking does not happen.

System logic

  • Capture consultation interest
  • Redirect leads to a booking calendar
  • Send immediate email/SMS follow-up
  • Update tags and CRM pipeline status
  • Recover leads who do not book

HVAC Dormant Customer Reactivation Campaign

A portfolio automation build for an HVAC service business. The system reactivates dormant customers, sends email/SMS follow-up, tracks replies, updates pipeline stages, and flags no-response contacts for manual follow-up.

GoHighLevelReactivationEmail/SMSCRM PipelineFollow-Up

Business problem

Many HVAC and aircon service businesses have old leads and past customers sitting inside their CRM with no structured follow-up. These contacts may need cleaning, repairs, maintenance, or installation quotes, but without automation, they are forgotten. The business loses repeat revenue opportunities because there is no consistent reactivation process, no clear tracking, and no reliable way to separate interested contacts from no-response contacts.

System logic

  • Reactivate dormant customers
  • Send structured email/SMS follow-up
  • Track replies and service call bookings
  • Update HVAC pipeline stages
  • Flag no-response contacts for manual follow-up

These are concise examples of the real system types represented in my current portfolio builds: lead follow-up, appointment booking, onboarding, retention, and pipeline visibility.

Lead Capture & Follow-Up System

Capturing leads, adding them to the CRM, applying tags/custom fields, and sending SMS/email follow-up inside GoHighLevel.

Problem

A new inquiry can become hard to manage when lead capture, CRM status, tagging, and first follow-up are not connected.

System logic

  • Lead capture form routes the contact into GoHighLevel
  • Tags and custom fields organize the lead record
  • SMS/email follow-up starts after submission
  • Staff notification keeps the next step visible

Appointment Booking Automation

Calendar setup, booking workflows, reminders, status updates, and reducing manual back-and-forth.

Problem

A lead may be interested but still require manual chasing if calendar booking, reminders, and status updates are disconnected.

System logic

  • Calendar gives the lead a clear booking path
  • Booking workflow updates contact and pipeline status
  • Reminders support the scheduled appointment
  • Staff can see when the appointment is booked

Client Onboarding Automation

Intake forms, welcome messages, client status tracking, task handoffs, and making sure new clients do not get lost after they book or sign up.

Problem

Post-sale momentum can drop when onboarding, intake, kickoff booking, and staff handoffs are handled manually.

System logic

  • Intake form collects client context
  • Welcome messages guide the next step
  • Pipeline stages show onboarding status
  • Tasks and notifications support handoff
